Public Class Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 96 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by calling us 817-841-9560 or using the Contact form on our website. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel at least 96 hours before a scheduled class, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to 96 hours before your schedule class, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee that will be required to reschedule you to a future class. If you cancel your class less than 24-hours before your scheduled class date and time, you will be charged a $200 late cancellation fee that will be required to reschedule you to a future class.

Public Class No-Show Policy

Due to limited seating, If you are a no-show to your scheduled class, you will be charged a $250 no-show fee that will be required to reschedule you to a future class.

Private Class Cancellation and Refund Policy

Private classes rescheduled less than 7 days before the scheduled private class will incur a $500 reschedule free. Private classes rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled private class will incur a $750 reschedule free. We do not offer refunds, but instead offer credit towards future classes.
